SAY HELLO TO THIS MONTH’S
Guest ARTISTS
Aerica Raven // Aerica Raven’s multidisciplinary career is marked by murals, illustrations, and immersive environments designed to excite the imagination. Drawing inspiration from fact and fiction alike, she explores human issues in mental health, subjective karma, and natural selection. Her obsessively detailed work is characterized by protagonists who reveal the splendor of the unorthodox, the grotesque, and the ordinary. Endlessly fascinated with the human experience, Aerica strives to share the beauty in even our ugliest emotions, and to always reward curiosity with depth, detail, and wonder. Outside the studio, Aerica actively works to bring art to the public by painting for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits.
Mag The Goblin Den // Hi, my name is Mag. My work includes collage, decoupage, and other visual arts. I began collaging when the collective existential crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic motivated me to explore artistic outlets. The creativity inspired by the randomness of thrifted, secondhand, and found objects is essential to my work and aligns with a personal commitment to walking on this Earth as gently as possible.
Ashley Sullivan // My name is Ashley Sullivan and I am the artist behind 'Street Ash'. I currently reside in Fort Collins, CO and paint on everything from canvas' to repurposed vinyl records. Much of my artwork is created from sketches that I then transform into hand-cut stencils. I fell in love with spray painting and repurposing material when I was in High School and have been combining the two ever since. I love to make artwork that is detailed yet bright and vibrant.
Ingrid Martini - Writer // I am a seeker of knowledge and a spinner of yarns. I love to play, I love to explore and I love bad jokes — especially puns. Bicycling is my bliss and I dig classic convertibles. I’m a no BS, hard-working, straight shooter. I have a bounce in my step and an optimistic soul. Where others see barriers and roadblocks, I see challenges and possibilities. I also love art and supporting artists. And, what’s an art show without snacks? I like to make snacks to share.
Hannah Simonds // Hey, I’m Hannah. I have loved art for as long as I can remember and have experimented with many different mediums. I’m currently pursuing a career as a tattooer. I have enjoyed making pendants out of my extensive crystal collection, making wood burning art pieces, and painting with watercolor and acrylics. Fantasy, sci-fi and nature are a constant inspiration for creating a little world of my own with my art.
Lorene Martinez of Inception Flow, Fluid Artist, and Founding Member of Petrichor Collective // Lorene's work is bold, beautiful, and influenced by her background in science, and her love of nature. Lorene engages with her community through creativity by offering individual and group Fluid Art classes, as well as, free make-and-take mini art at events.
Xavier Pereira // Xavier’s works can be characterized by punchy dabs of paint; they are motivated by personal observations and sentimental experiences shared with others- utilizing concepts that expand upon sensory impressions. Using his art as a form of meditation, he finds peace in letting the world fade away while narrowing focus on the minute details throughout the canvas.
Steven Scobee // is a Colorado-grown dog enthusiast and visual artist, educated in Communication Design. He has spent much of his Creative journey focused on experience and diversification. His ambitions towards being as versed and immersed in art as possible has taken him into the realm of Augmented Reality Art - or (AR)t. He dreams of building a robust and inclusive art community in Northern Colorado.
Morgan Lindquist // My love for art started at a very young age (as it does for a lot of kiddos!) I had started by drawing cartoons and anime styles. By the time I was in high school, I took EVERY art class I could! Anything from drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, photography, you name it! Now, I work at Pinot's Palette as a painting instructor. My personal art has shifted to express the idea of self love, and finding beauty where you'd least expect it. Life is full of beauty, even in it's darkest or most simplistic forms. I've also grown a passion for painting space and galaxies, because I think we all deserve to let our heads float in the sky from time to time. Thank you for taking the time to see a different point of view, never stop dreaming.
