Join us for a rejuvenating meditation session where we begin with a warm check-in to connect as a community. You'll be guided through the essentials of meditation, ensuring a supportive start for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Our session includes a 20-minute sitting meditation to cultivate inner peace, followed by a 10-minute walking meditation to integrate mindfulness with gentle movement. We'll conclude with another 10-15 minutes of seated reflection.
After our practice, we invite you to enjoy some tea and socialize, offering a chance to discuss experiences and connect further.
Chairs will be available, and you're welcome to bring your own cushion or yoga mat for added comfort.
